Terms of Use
Version 2026.1 — Effective August 6, 2026
These terms should be read together with the Attendee Waiver and Release and the Privacy Policy.
About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of gniconference.org and your registration for the Annual Neurosciences Conference (November 19–20, 2026, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City), operated by Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI) and presented in partnership with AtlantiCare. By using this site or registering for the conference, you agree to these terms.
The Attendee Waiver and Release is incorporated into these terms by reference. Together, these documents form one agreement between you and GNI.
Registration and Payment
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and payment is due in full at the time of registration. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; GNI does not store your card details. Your registration is confirmed only when payment clears and you receive a confirmation email from us.
Pricing is determined by your registration category and the date of purchase; early-bird rates apply only to registrations completed before the published deadline. Promo and discount codes are subject to availability and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
Registration categories are based on the attendee's primary professional role. Employees of pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies must register at the Industry rate regardless of role. Registrations found to be in an incorrect category will be charged the difference or canceled.
Charges will appear on your statement as GNI CONFERENCE.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@gnineuro.org and are effective on the date received.
Requests received on or before October 16, 2026: full refund of the registration fee, less payment processing fees. Requests received October 17 through November 6, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee. Requests received after November 6, 2026, and no-shows: no refund.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable because they are retained by our payment processor when a refund is issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take five to ten business days to appear.
Substitutions
You may transfer your registration to another attendee at no charge at any time before the conference by emailing events@gnineuro.org with the original registrant's name and the substitute's full name, degree, email, and affiliation. Rate differences between registration categories may apply. Substitutions are the recommended alternative to cancellation.
Badges and Admission
Registration is individual and badges are non-transferable. Badges must be worn and visible at all times in conference spaces. Sharing, lending, or duplicating a badge is grounds for removal from the conference without refund.
Cancellation or Postponement by GNI; Force Majeure
GNI reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or convert the conference to a virtual or hybrid format. If GNI cancels the conference outright, our sole liability is limited to a refund of the registration fee paid. If the conference is postponed, relocated, or converted in format, your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled or alternate event, or refunded at your request.
GNI is not responsible for airfare, hotel, ground transportation, or any other travel or incidental costs incurred by attendees under any circumstances.
GNI is not liable for any failure or delay in holding the conference caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, storms or flooding, fire, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic or other public health emergency, government order or advisory, labor disruption, utility or telecommunications failure, act of terrorism, or venue closure or unavailability.
Program Changes
The agenda, session times, speakers, and faculty are subject to change without notice. Substitution or cancellation of any speaker, session, or faculty member does not entitle an attendee to a refund or credit.
CME and Contact Hours
GNI intends to offer continuing medical education and nursing contact hours for this conference. Accreditation details, including the accredited provider, credit designation, and the number of credits available, are being finalized and will be announced prior to the conference and published on this site.
Credit is available only to attendees who indicate at registration that they are claiming CME or contact hours, who verify attendance as instructed on site, and who complete the required evaluation within the stated deadline. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Credit cannot be issued after the published deadline.
Recording and Conference Materials
The conference may be photographed, audio recorded, or video recorded by GNI for promotional and educational purposes, and by attending you consent to appearing in such materials.
Attendees may not photograph, record, stream, or transmit any session, slide, or presentation without prior written permission from GNI and the presenter. Slides, handouts, and other materials provided to attendees are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed, published, or used commercially. Presenters retain all rights in their own content.
Attendee Data and Sponsor Access
GNI does not sell, rent, or provide the attendee list to sponsors, exhibitors, or any other third party. Sponsors and exhibitors receive only the contact information that attendees choose to share with them directly at a booth or through a scanned badge or lead-capture interaction.
Information you provide at registration is used to administer the conference, issue credit, and communicate with you about the event. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.
Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsorship, exhibiting, or advertising at the conference does not constitute or imply endorsement, recommendation, or approval by GNI or AtlantiCare of any company, product, service, or claim. Sponsors and exhibitors have no influence over the educational content, faculty selection, or scientific program.
Hotel and Room Block
Any negotiated room block is available only through the official booking channel published on this site. Reservations made through any other agency or reseller are not part of the conference block and cannot be supported by GNI.
GNI, AtlantiCare, and the conference team will never call you to arrange or confirm hotel accommodations. If you receive an unsolicited call or email offering conference housing, it is not from us — please do not provide payment information and report it to events@gnineuro.org.
Accommodations and Dietary Needs
Requests for accessibility accommodations or dietary needs should be submitted to events@gnineuro.org no later than November 5, 2026, so that the venue and catering team can accommodate them. Requests received after that date will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. GNI may refuse entry to or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All site content and conference materials are the property of GNI or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNI, AtlantiCare, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, faculty, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or attendance at the conference. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to your registration will not exceed the registration fee you paid.
Governing Law and Severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
GNI may update these terms from time to time. The version and effective date shown at the top of this page identify the terms in force. The terms in effect at the time you complete your registration govern that registration.
