Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

The Annual Neurosciences Conference, presented by Global Neurosciences Institute in partnership with AtlantiCare, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through gniconference.org and how we use it.

This is a GNI conference.

This conference and website are owned and operated by Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI). While the event is presented in partnership with AtlantiCare, AtlantiCare does not operate this website or collect information through it. All information collected here is governed solely by this GNI privacy policy and is not subject to AtlantiCare's privacy policies, notices, or practices.

Information We Collect

When you register for the conference, join our mailing list, or submit an inquiry, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, professional affiliation, title, degree, and dietary preferences.

Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never store your full card number on our systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process conference registration and payment, send registration confirmations and event updates, administer CME and contact-hour credit, respond to contact and sponsorship inquiries, and — if you opt in — send our newsletter and conference announcements.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the conference — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and mailing-list management (Mailchimp) — and with accreditation bodies as required for CME and contact-hour reporting.

Email Communications

Transactional emails (registration confirmations, receipts, inquiry responses) are sent to everyone who registers or contacts us. Marketing emails are sent only to those who opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls limiting registration data to authorized conference staff.

Data Retention

We retain registration records as needed for accreditation, financial, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing events@gnineuro.org. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter.
