Biography
Haley Neufer, DMSc, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in neurosurgery at Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI), where she holds a leadership role in clinical operations and advanced practice provider development. She earned her Doctor of Medical Science degree with a concentration in Administration from the University of Lynchburg, which has supported her work in clinical leadership and program development.
Haley is the Founding Director of GNI's Neurosurgery PA Fellowship Program, developed in collaboration with Drexel University. She has helped design the fellowship's curriculum and clinical rotations to prepare PAs for specialized practice in neurosurgery. Beyond the fellowship, her work includes developing and overseeing additional clinical programs, as well as serving as a PA student preceptor and guest lecturer.
